This has been a great house for us! It’s in good condition and in a safe neighborhood with many conveniences. There’s a commercial area just blocks away, including a Safeway and neighborhood restaurants. We’re also close to a lot of outdoor space that we enjoy, such as Ocean Beach, Lake Merced, and Golden Gate Park. There are also little commercial strips within walking distance. We often walk to get ice cream at Polly Ann’s, breakfast goodies at Devil’s Tooth Bakery, and there are cute gift shops on Noriega and Judah that are fun to browse. It’s got a "beach vibe" out here in the Avenues which we like. It’s family oriented, with highly rated schools within walking distance and lots of places to walk our dog.
